Qualifications

• EPA Certification and HVAC experience required.
• General mechanical and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Clear and positive communication with everybody you encounter.
• Independent work with a can-do attitude and sense of accomplishment.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.
