Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Peachtree Senior to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance in apartments and common areas, troubleshoot systems, and support the maintenance team to deliver excellent resident service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of property maintenance experience including pool maintenance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Pool maintenance experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance projects.
• Keep track of supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or shortages.
• Ensure safety standards are met and perform preventive maintenance.
