Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical tasks. You will install appliances as needed and respond to resident service requests with urgency and quality.

We seek someone with at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge (certifications preferred) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
