Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities with essential repairs, appliance installations, and preventive maintenance. The role requires practical skills in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work, with emphasis on timely response to resident requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal and comply with safety regulations.
