Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide outstanding service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, ensuring timely turnover and safety standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Turnover maintenance including blinds, filters, bulbs, drip pans, door stoppers, caulk and miscellaneous repairs.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, pressure washing, windows.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety and maintain condition of equipment or structures.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and observe safety rules.
