Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to service our communities in Vero Beach, FL. The role covers HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and general upkeep to maintain attractive, safe properties.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including irrigation. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. On-call work after hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years direct technical maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and more.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to meet community standards.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, report issues and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as needed.
• On-call for emergencies after hours.
