Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper / Maintenance - Level I in Glendale, Arizona. The role involves carrying out maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping to keep the community pristine and safe.

You will work with a team to meet high standards, attend morning meetings, and coordinate with management on projects. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be available for after-hours

Qualificações

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and more.
• Work as a team to ensure the community meets maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Maintain amenity spaces and keep grounds free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.

Conhecimentos
