Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for apartment communities in Orlando, FL. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, install appliances, and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.

We value hands-on problem solvers who communicate clearly, work safely under OSHA guidelines, and can multi-task to keep the property looking its best. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal and safety compliance.
• Complete resident service orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with OSHA safety regulations.
