Job summary

NorthPoint is a real estate developer seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for timely handling of resident service requests and performing repairs across plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical work.

You must hold a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Universal HVAC certification. The role requires on-call availability and comfort working indoors and outdoors at multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• EPA Universal HVAC Certification required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and background in customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
• Maintain community interior and exterior to meet standards.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance locally and nationally.
