• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems or features.
• Strong communication with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to guarantee the facility is proper and safe maintained.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Operate HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow safety procedures and stay compliant with guidelines.
• Coordinate outside contractors and monitor workmanship quality.
• Coordinate state life safety inspections and tests.
• Complete grounds work and maintain landscaping areas.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost efficiency.
• Carry tools and assist on-call maintenance with company-provided cell phones.
• Notify management of any unusual occurrences or property damage.
