Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, responsive service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves hands-on maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, plus turnover prep and safety-focused operations.

The technician will assist in preventive maintenance, coordinate with the property team, and uphold quality workmanship while contributing to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Execute apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Conduct common area maintenance such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
• Monitor building exterior and address roof, siding or related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs for assigned areas.
• Ensure safety and proper care of equipment and structures under responsibility.
• Document newly purchased tools/equipment in inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
• Observe all safety rules and company policies.
