Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Shady Oaks Manor in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance, with a focus on customer service.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, repair appliances and systems, and complete related work orders. Availability for emergency calls around the clock and reliable transportation are essential.

Competenze

• Ideal candidate has 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7

Mansioni

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to document operations of maintenance equipment.
