Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florida to deliver exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs and routine upkeep across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities include turnover maintenance, preventive upkeep, safety, inventory, and teamwork with the property staff. On-call hours may be required; the company offers health, dental, vision, life insurance, housing discounts, vacation, paid

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and related issues.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
• Ensure safe conditions of all equipment and structures within responsibility.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
