Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Revere at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves performing general and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You’ll respond to service requests, help prepare vacant units, and manage tools and parts in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of maintenance experience, with EPA Type II or

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
Proficient in general apartment maintenance.
Ability to handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Reliable transportation and basic tools.

Responsibilities

Perform general and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Respond promptly to service requests and on-call emergencies.
Maintain grounds, amenities, and building systems.
Prepare vacant units for new residents.
Track and manage tools, parts, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
