CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our properties. You will identify and resolve issues, conduct regular maintenance inspections, and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.

• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues.
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.
• Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs with tenants.
• Experience and knowledge working on HVAC systems - install and repair Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and more.
