Job summary

Atrium Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, on-call duties, and daily hands-on maintenance across properties. You will work under the Property Manager, delivering high-quality service and supporting residents and teammates.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance skills, plus reliability for after-hours coverage. Compensation and benefits reflect a growing, employee-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry and appliance repairs.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; adaptable, dependable and team-oriented.
• Basic computer skills including email; experience with property mgmt software (Appfolio, Yardi, Knock).

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and on-call duties.
• Inspect community and record/repair deficiencies.
• Order supplies within budget; perform general maintenance.
• Replace filters and vents; HVAC troubleshooting and interior repairs.
• Housekeeping tasks and prepare apartments for move-ins.
• Assist with make-readies and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and perform preventative maintenance.
