Qualifikationen

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two to three years of maintenance experience.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.

Aufgaben

Maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, and structural facilities.
Respond promptly to resident service requests and manage safety procedures.
Monitor outside contractors and keep accurate equipment records.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance and energy conservation tasks.
Keep work areas clean and safe, assist with emergencies as needed.
