Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests promptly and maintains standards.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on apartments and equipment.
