You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep our homes rent-ready.

This full-time role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures and apply them on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly and to standard.
• Keeps vacant units rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all Vivmark policies.
