Job summary

Singh is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance services across grounds, building exteriors, and community areas. You will repair and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, while ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents and staff.

You will join a team focused on timely, reliable service. The role requires handling multiple tasks, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, and supporting snow removal and IT-related technical issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar and know how to work with HVAC and electrical systems safely.
• Experience and/or formal training in an applicable trade.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Solution oriented, with a willingness to get the job done.
• Time management and organization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must pass our internal Maintenance Technician exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with various tasks, such as preparation of units, upkeep of models, installing and removing appliances, and basic repairs.
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electric and plumbing systems.
• Address hazards to staff, residents and guests and keep walkways clear of ice and snow.
• Prepare units for new residents and complete assigned work orders.
• Support with on-call rotations and assist other Singh communities as needed.
