Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our community. You will handle routine upkeep, complete work orders, and prepare apartments for move-ins to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

No previous experience is required, but basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred. You will be responsible for completing various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, landscaping, snow removal and more.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, but general mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks start-to-finish.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.
