Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to keep the building in good repair and ready for move-ins. The role requires 2 years of relevant maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and a can-do attitude.

You will complete work orders, order and organize supplies, perform installations and general repairs, and support landscaping, snow removal, and other projects around the community.

Qualifications

• Self-assured with a can-do attitude
