Senior Lifestyle is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to keep our community in top condition. You will handle work orders, prepare apartments for new residents, and organize supplies, while performing a broad range of tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

You should be comfortable working independently, have good communication, and take pride in completing projects to high standards. Comprehensive benefits and dailywage options may apply.

Qualifications

• No experience required; basic mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and positively with everyone.
• Self-assured, with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks around the community.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.
