Job summary

Odin Properties is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC cert preferred) for our multifamily community in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers with a hands-on approach to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance experience, holds a Type 2 HVAC certification or higher if available, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
