Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Massachusetts. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, and install appliances as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Requires at least 1 year of related experience; HVAC knowledge and EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems; install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA, health, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
