Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems in the apartment community; install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal and comply with OSHA and safety laws.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed and uphold safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
