• Must provide and maintain a personal set of basic maintenance tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, working independently or collaboratively.
• Apartment Maintenance: 1–2 years of experience.
• Property Maintenance: 1–2 years of experience.
• HVAC: 1–2 years of experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain and repair residential components such as showers, sinks, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents, clients, and internal teams.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to resident service requests and maintenance tickets.
• Prepare rental units for move-ins by completing all required make-ready tasks and quality checks.
