Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician at The Waverly to perform service requests, make-ready apartments, and maintain common areas. You will diagnose issues, repair appliances, and help prepare units for new residents with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant homes for leasing.
• Follows procedures for obtaining materials and tools from maintenance.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and minor painting.
• Supports cost-cutting by using parts and materials efficiently.
