Job summary

Furlani Foods Corporation in Oak Creek, WI is hiring for a full-time role on our bakery packaging team. You will operate and fine-tune high-speed production equipment, perform setups and changesovers, and make adjustments to sustain optimal performance.

You will troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, assist with preventive maintenance, and document downtime and throughput in the CMMS. The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with high-speed equipment and maintenance tools.
• CMMS (EAM) familiarity preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging equipment to meet plan.
• Perform setups, changeovers and adjustments to maintain performance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; perform cleaning and basic repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team.
• Capture downtime, throughput, and waste in the CMMS; report results.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; participate in safety programs.
