Job summary

Qualifications

High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity in stressful situations.
Willingness to work with others and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic machining and welding skills.
Must own hand tools.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on machines and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects.
Safely accomplish assigned tasks.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Develop equipment specifications and proactive maintenance strategies with teams.
Comply with safety regulations.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Other duties as assigned.
