Job summary

Wasatch Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Thornton, CO to perform routine repairs across apartment units and common areas. You’ll respond to resident requests quickly, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, and help maintain our high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing/maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, multitask, team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Consistency with Wasatch brand and owner mindset.
