Job summary

Grimco is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Owensville, MO to uphold and improve our production equipment reliability. You will read manuals, perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs, and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, proper documentation, and collaboration with plant teams. Candidates should have prior machine maintenance experience, a technical degree or equivalent training, and the ability to interpret OSHA standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or technical experience.
Ability to interpret OSHA standards for the facility.
Troubleshooting equipment and understanding machine control logic.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance duties and responsibilities.
Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls.
Troubleshoot and repair production machines (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
Locate problem sources by observing devices in operation and using testing instruments.
Provide emergency repairs during production and perform preventive maintenance.
Document actions and communicate needs to ensure continuity.
