Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility systems, equipment, and machinery across company locations.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• Complete general facility and construction projects (drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, cabinetry, repairs).
• Outdoor and property maintenance (snow removal, salting, mowing, brush cutting, lot cleaning, skid loader work).
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment.
• Prioritize maintenance based on safety and urgency.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following procedures.
• Identify and communicate repair or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with site projects as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities, equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently. This position performs a variety of maintenance, repair, construction, and property upkeep duties across company locations.

From troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs to tackling facility projects and preventive maintenance, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
