Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Sell with common area maintenance tasks: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.
• Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters) and support preventive maintenance program.
• Keep inventory of tools, ensure safe operation of equipment, and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain safety compliance and on-call responsiveness when required.
