Job summary

Continental Properties in Bettendorf, IA is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our Authentix Bettendorf community. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while delivering excellent resident service.

You’ll maintain grounds, perform painting, minor carpentry, and operate smart tech to track work orders for a safe, appealing community. We offer competitive hourly pay with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a related trade or manual labor
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and weekends/holidays as needed
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (250 lbs with assistance) and using common tech tools

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experience with a courteous, professional approach
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and related systems
• Perform grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, snow removal where applicable
• Operate maintenance software and apps to manage and complete work orders
