Job summary

Ascend Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to perform routine maintenance in residential units, using a variety of tools to keep spaces safe and compliant. The role includes coordination with subcontractors and upkeep of energy-efficient systems.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of residential maintenance experience, plus a valid Colorado license and a skills assessment. Day shift, hourly pay ranging with experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general residential maintenance experience or related field.
• Must pass client skills assessment test.
• Valid Colorado driver license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks in vacant units including cleaning and repairs.
• Perform low voltage repairs and electrical inspections.
• Address plumbing, HVAC, and energy efficiency related tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and property staff.
• Maintain safety and HUD/compliance standards.
