Job summary

VASA Fitness in Lafayette, CO is seeking aMaintenance Technician to keep our clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll perform routine inspections, respond to work orders, and help maintain gym equipment and building systems.

This hands-on role offers on-the-job training, certification reimbursement (OSHA and CPO), flexible scheduling, and clear opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, member-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Comfort with CMMS/work order systems.
• Basic diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.
• Document repairs and parts used in the CMMS system.
• Contribute to club safety and general facility upkeep.
