Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Centennial, CO to keep our club safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and building systems, coordinating with leadership and vendors as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and familiarity with CMMS/work order systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, with willingness to train the right candidate.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe, working condition
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Document work, parts used, and repairs in CMMS
• Complete club walks and communicate safety concerns to club leadership
• Take ownership of general facility upkeep, including painting, wall patching, carpentry, and groundskeeping
• Collaborate with the General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors as needed
