Zusammenfassung

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Montair at Somerset Hill in Tumwater, WA. The role supports maintenance requests, handles HVAC care, plumbing, appliance repairs, and preventative tasks on-site.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage tools and inventory while coordinating with leadership. Full-time hours are provided with growth opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge or EPA/HVAC license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• Repair and replace furnished kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves
• Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Lock changes, lockouts, and replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Upkeep and organization of maintenance shop and inventory
• Track service requests and maintenance work performed through software systems
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools
• Work closely with Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities
• Available for emergency maintenance requests
