Gorman & Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fred Paris Towers in Little Rock, AR. This full-time role services plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, performs routine and emergency tasks, and supports make-ready units for new residents.

The job emphasizes daily property walks, safety, curb appeal, and coordination with vendors while maintaining high customer service standards in a 250-unit affordable community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service with a resident-first mindset.
• EPA HVAC Type II or EPA Universal preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Walk properties daily to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Prepare vacant units with Make-Ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
