Bowman Pointe Apartments in West Little Rock, AR, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform appliance and equipment repairs, electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry to keep the community running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience; HVAC/EPA certification is a plus. You will participate in on-call rotations and contribute to a professional, inclusive work environment with benefits and opportunities

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair.
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• Basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing repairs, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry tasks
• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of the apartment community
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for maintenance emergencies
• Maintain a professional demeanor while performing all tasks
