Gorman & Company is seeking a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR to help maintain outdoor spaces and perform basic repairs across a 250-unit affordable housing community. You will support the maintenance team, greet residents, and help keep the property safe and welcoming year-round.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some maintenance or grounds experience, plus a can-do attitude and teamwork mindset. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read and complete work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to keep properties attractive, safe, and well-kept.
• Perform light maintenance and simple repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Assist with apartment make-readies by cleaning and painting units.
• Conduct daily property walks to keep grounds clean and safe.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings and grounds.
• Support inventory control of tools and supplies; assist vendors as needed.
