Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service with a resident-first mindset.
• EPA HVAC Type II or EPA Universal preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Walk properties daily to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Prepare vacant units with Make-Ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR!

Do you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and tackling repairs? We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician at Fred Paris Towers, a 250-unit affordable housing community in Little Rock, AR. You'll help keep the property in good condition by addressing maintenance needs and supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the community. What You'll Do:

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
• Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe and looking sharp.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds as well as tackling seasonal prep like fall cleanup.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
