Job summary

NRP Group in Selma, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping duties to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. You will respond to service requests under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and participate in safety meetings.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a CFC Universal Certification is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred with 90-day attainment timeline.
• Experience and ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Respond to customer service requests and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed.
• Assist with storage area and materials; refurbishing/renovation per standards.
• Available for weekend work and after-hours emergencies.
