Job summary

NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Sundale Flats in Charlotte, NC. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager by handling routine maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and high apartment quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CFC Universal Certification (preferred, within 90 days). Reliable transportation is required for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3–4 years of maintenance experience; reliable transportation required; computer proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and management of materials.
• Refurbish/renovate apartments per company standards; ensure curb appeal.
• Walk property daily and address safety concerns; participate in safety meetings.
• Respond to customer service requests and support on-site operations as needed.
