Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping across our community. You will respond to service requests, ensure curb appeal, and uphold quality standards for apartment homes.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. CFC certification is preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire. Strong computer skills are a plus for work orders and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred; certification needed within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Handle maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to uphold standards.
