Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sundale Flats in Charlotte, NC. The role involves general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to preserve curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. You will respond to service requests under supervision and ensure safety and compliance.

We require 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate a computer for work orders. CFC Universal Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC certification preferred
• At least 3–4 years of maintenance experience
• Computer proficiency and basic maintenance tools knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services
• Maintain storage area and materials
• Refurbish/renovate apartments per standards
• Walk property daily for curb appeal and quality
• Respond to safety concerns and participate in safety meetings
• Handle after-hours emergencies and weekend work as scheduled
