Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal across apartment homes. The role requires 3-4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred CFC certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and responding to service requests, with occasional weekend or after-hours duties.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• Computer proficiency and basic troubleshooting skills are required.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain storage areas and cleaning supplies per standards.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company guidelines.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns; participate in safety meetings.
• Handle service requests promptly and communicate updates to residents.
