• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily properties.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for completing digital work orders.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
