Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks at our communities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic upkeep to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge. Candidates should have strong communication, be reliable, and able to work various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure safety when entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
